1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Be unused or only lightly inspected
  • Be free from scratches, stains, damage, or signs of misuse
  • Include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

Axis Living Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order chairs
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or accidents
  • Chairs showing signs of outdoor exposure beyond intended use
  • Products with modifications requested by the customer

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the claim, customers must provide:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • Photos of packaging upon arrival

Once verified, Axis Living Furniture may offer:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Repair assistance
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund, depending on the situation

Approved defective or incorrect items will have return shipping covered by Axis Living Furniture.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–15 business days depending on your payment provider or bank

Axis Living Furniture reserves the right to deduct reasonable amounts for damages, missing packaging, or excessive wear.

Due to the nature of furniture materials and hand-finished craftsmanship, minor variations may occur and are not considered defects. These include:

  • Slight color differences
  • Minor weave variations
  • Texture inconsistencies
  • Small imperfections in hand-finished surfaces

These characteristics are part of the product’s unique appearance.
